I believe my account was wrongfully breached, what do I do?

Before contacting support, please check the following:

  1. Log into your dashboard and compare your account equity against the drawdown limit. If your equity is at or below the drawdown level, the breach is correct.

  2. Check whether you had any open positions with unrealized losses that may have pushed your equity below the limit. Drawdown calculations include unrealized P&L, commissions, and fees.

  3. Check whether your account has been inactive for more than 15 consecutive days, as this will also trigger a breach.

If after reviewing the above you still believe the breach was made in error, contact support with your account ID and a description of what happened.
