KYC & Identity Verification Policy

To maintain a secure and trusted trading environment, all users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification through our platform using a valid government-issued document supported by our verification provider.

The KYC process must be completed only by the person who owns and operates the account. The individual appearing in the verification video/selfie must match the identity shown on the submitted documents. Verification cannot be completed by any third party.

A complete name change to a different individual is not allowed. Using documents that belong to another person or involving multiple individuals in the verification process is strictly prohibited. Verification may be reviewed again whenever an account requires updates, upgrades, or additional checks.

Note: These requirements are in line with general KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legal and compliance standards. If any of these rules are violated, we may decline the verification or ban the account, and access to our services will be restricted.
