During the Evaluation / Challenge
The geographic region of the IP you use to purchase a challenge on https://app.goatfundedfutures.com should match the region you log in and trade from while completing it.
What this means:
The region used at purchase needs to align with where you actually trade.
A notable mismatch between the two can trigger a security review.
This is designed to prevent account sharing and block unauthorized access.
On a Funded Account
Once funded, the IP region you use to access the account needs to stay consistent.
Monitoring & Verification
If our Risk Management team detects a change in your IP region, we may contact you to confirm your identity. We might request proof of location, such as:
A travel or boarding ticket
A passport stamp
A live video verification from your current location
This only ever happens to protect your account.
Travelling or Changing Location?
If you plan to trade from a different region:
Notify the support team in advance.
Failing to let us know first may result in:
A temporary account restriction
Verification delays
Interrupted trading
Worth Knowing
VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking tools may set off IP flags.
Repeated, unexplained IP changes may lead to an account review or restriction.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
