Trading Objectives
Instant Lite has no evaluation phase. Your objective is to reach the payout target while adhering to the trading rules and loss limits.

Pricing & Targets
Resets are not available on Instant Lite. If an account is breached, a new account must be purchased.
Account Violations (Hard Breach)
A hard breach is a serious violation of the established trading rules. A hard breach results in the immediate closure of the account.
Maximum EOD Trailing Drawdown: The maximum drawdown is the total amount your equity or balance cannot fall below. This limit trails up with your profits at the end of each trading day and stops trailing permanently once it reaches your starting balance + $100. Violating this rule is a hard breach and will result in account closure.

Daily Loss Limit (Soft Breach)
The daily loss limit is the maximum you may lose in a single trading day.

What happens if I hit it? Hitting the daily loss limit is a soft breach. Your positions are closed and trading is paused for the remainder of the day. You may resume trading in the next session.
Important: If you hit the daily loss limit three times, it becomes a hard breach and your account will be closed.
Maximum Daily Profit
Daily profit is capped at 5% of your account balance. Once you reach this level, trading is cut off for the remainder of the day.

Contract Limits
Full contract limits are available from your first trading day. There is no scaling plan.

Consistency Rule
What is it? The consistency rule ensures steady and sustainable profits over time. It limits how much of your total profit can come from a single trading day.
The threshold widens as you complete payouts:

- 1st payout — no single day can account for 15% or more of your total profits.
- 2nd payout — the threshold increases to 20%.
- 3rd payout onwards — the threshold increases to 25% and remains fixed at that level for the life of the account.
Example (Instant Lite 25K): If your best trading day produced $500 and you are working towards your first payout, your total profits must reach at least $3,334 before you can request a payout. You cannot request a payout until your highest profit day falls below 15% of your total profits for the period.
What happens if I exceed the consistency threshold?
- Will my account be terminated? No. However, you will be unable to request a payout until your highest profit day falls below the threshold.
- What should I do? Continue trading and generating profits until the threshold is met. Once it is, you will be eligible to request a payout again.
Payout Details
- Profit Split: 90/10 in your favour from your very first payout — no add-on required.
- Payout eligibility: Reach the applicable profit target and satisfy the consistency rule.
- Payout cadence: Requests can be made within the payout cycle once eligible.
- Minimum payout: $500 across all account sizes.
- Processing speed: Within 2 business days of approval.

Any profit above the payout cap remains in the account and continues to support your equity into the next payout cycle.
News Trading
A 2-minute buffer applies around high-impact news events. You cannot open, close, or trigger pending orders within 2 minutes before or after a scheduled release.
Positions opened before the window began may be held through the event.
Overnight and Weekend Holding
- Overnight holding — not permitted. All positions are force-closed at 4:45 PM EST.
- Weekend holding — not permitted.
Microscalping Rule
Profits generated from trades closed within 2 minutes of opening are not eligible and will be deducted from the account balance and any payout calculations.
The trade itself is not considered a breach.
Grid, martingale, and HFT strategies are not permitted. Instant Lite is a manual trading product — bots and Expert Advisors are not permitted.
Inactivity Rule
You must place at least one trade every 7 days. Failure to do so is a hard breach and will result in account closure.
Account Limits and Copy Trading
- Maximum concurrent accounts: 3.
- Copy trading: Permitted within the same program and account size, across a maximum of 3 accounts.
Platforms and Instruments
- Platforms: NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Quantower, ATAS, Volumetrica/VolBook.
- Data feed: dxFeed / CQG.
- Instruments: CME index, energy, metals, and FX futures.
KYC
KYC verification must be completed once you qualify for a payout.
