The 7% target is the minimum balance growth required before your first payout, alongside the standard payout requirements below. It is not a pass or fail evaluation target, since your account is already funded from day one.

You can hold up to 3 Instant Classic funded accounts.

Can I reset an Instant Classic account?

No. Instant Classic accounts have no reset option. If the account is breached it is closed, and you would need to purchase a new Instant Classic account to continue trading.

Maximum drawdown (intraday trailing)

Your maximum drawdown is the lowest level your equity may reach at any point during a session, including on open positions. It trails your highest equity point in real time, and it never moves back down. Once it reaches your initial starting balance it locks there permanently and stops trailing.

Breaching it is a hard breach and closes the account.

Important when you withdraw. Once the floor has locked at your starting balance, there is no cushion beneath it. If you grow a 50K account to $54,000 and withdraw $4,000, your balance returns to $50,000, which is exactly where the floor sits. From that point any drop in equity at all breaches the account. Always leave a buffer in the account when you withdraw.

Daily loss limit

3% of your starting balance. This is a soft breach: if your net losses for the day reach the limit, the account is paused until the next trading day. It is not closed.

Maximum profit per day

Your profit on any single trading day is capped at 5% of your account balance. Once you reach it, trading is automatically cut off for the rest of the day.

Contract limits

Full contract limits are available from your first trading day, and they are fixed for the life of the account.

Consistency rule

No single trading day may account for more than 20% of your total profit during a payout period.

Example on an Instant Classic 50K. You make $1,000 in one trading day. Your total profit for that period needs to reach at least $5,000 before you can request a payout, which puts your best day at 20% of the total.

If you go over the threshold: your account is not terminated. You simply cannot request a payout until your highest profit day falls back to the threshold or below. Keep trading and building profit until it does, then you are eligible again.

Why is the rule tighter here?

Instant Classic has no evaluation phase, so there is no earlier stage where you demonstrate consistent trading. The 20% rule does that job instead. It confirms profits came from steady performance rather than one or two large trades. The evaluation-based plans can afford a looser funded rule, or none at all, because the evaluation has already shown that.

Payouts

  • Eligibility: every 7 winning days. A winning day is a net profit of at least 0.2% of your starting balance, so $100 on a 50K.

  • First payout: a minimum of 10 calendar days is required, on top of the 7% profit target above.

  • After your first payout: you need to surpass your previous equity high, meaning the level it was at before your last withdrawal, before you can request another.

  • Request window: payout requests are submitted through your dashboard between the 5th and 8th, or the 20th and 23rd, of each month.

  • KYC: complete your KYC verification after purchase, before you start trading.

  • Profit split: 100% on your first $10,000 in payouts, then 90%.

  • Minimum request: $500, across all account sizes.

News trading

A 2 minute buffer applies around high impact news events. You cannot open, close, or trigger pending orders within 2 minutes before or after a scheduled release. Positions opened before the window began may be held through the event.

Overnight and weekend holding

  • Overnight holding is not permitted. Any position still open is closed automatically at 15:55 CT, five minutes before the session ends.

  • Weekend holding is not permitted.

Microscalping

Profit from trades closed within 2 minutes of opening is not eligible. It is deducted from your account balance and from any payout calculation. The trade itself is not a breach.

This applies to Instant Classic accounts. It is separate from the 2 minute news buffer above.

Tick scalping, meaning opening and closing positions within seconds to capture small tick profits, is not permitted on any account. Profit generated this way may be reviewed and deducted.

Inactivity

Place at least one trade every 7 days. If no trades are placed for 7 consecutive days the account is breached and closed, and the fee is not refunded. If you are going to be away, tell support in advance.

Please monitor our website and Discord for announcements about trading parameters, updates, or system changes.
