Once you complete the required winning days cycle (EOD: 7 winning days, Sprint: 5 winning days), you can submit a payout request during the next available payout window.
Payout windows open twice per month: from the 5th to the 8th, and from the 20th to the 23rd of each month. If you become eligible between windows, simply wait for the next one to open.
