Can I switch my platform after purchase?

Platform switches may be possible depending on your data feed compatibility. We cannot switch between different data feeds (DxFeed ↔ CQG) due to extra costs, but we can switch platforms within the same data feed. With DxFeed you can trade on Volumetrica, Quantower, DeepCharts, ATAS, and DeepMap. With CQG you trade on Tradovate or NinjaTrader. Platform changes are only made if the issue is on our end (e.g., a glitch) — not for wrong selections made at checkout. Contact support with your account ID and desired platform.
