Account Violations (Hard Breach)

A hard breach is a serious violation of the established trading rules. A hard breach occurs when a trader exceeds the maximum drawdown limit, resulting in the immediate closure of the account. This applies during both the evaluation and funded phases.

Daily Loss Limit: None. The Flex Challenge has no daily loss limit on either the evaluation phase or the funded account.

Maximum EOD Trailing Drawdown: The maximum drawdown is the total amount your equity or balance cannot fall below. This limit trails up with your profits at the end of each trading day. Violating this rule is a hard breach and will result in account closure.

Consistency Rule (Evaluation Only)

What is it? The consistency rule ensures steady and sustainable profits over time. It limits how much of your total profit can come from a single trading day.

  • Evaluation — no single day can account for 50% or more of your total profits.

  • Funded — no consistency rule applies. Trade freely without per-day profit caps.

What happens if I exceed the consistency threshold during evaluation? You will be unable to complete the evaluation until your highest profit day falls below 50% of total profits. Continue trading and generating profits until the threshold is met.

Payout Minimums and Maximums

  • Minimum payout request: $500

  • Maximum payout request: Flex traders may request 50% of their profit up to a maximum dollar amount. The max dollar amount depends on account size and is laid out below:

Account Size

Payout Maximum

$50,000

50% of Profit up to $2,000

$100,000

50% of Profit up to $2,500

$150,000

50% of Profit up to $3,000

  • Profit share: 80/20 by default.

Traders may purchase the optional 90/10 Profit Share Add-On for an additional 20% of the challenge price.

    Important:

Traders who do not purchase the optional 90/10 Profit Share Add-On will receive payouts under the default 80/20 profit split structure.

    Example:

    Flex 50K ($95 challenge) → 90/10 Add-On: +$19

    Flex 100K ($149 challenge) → 90/10 Add-On: +$29.80

    Flex 150K ($289 challenge) → 90/10 Add-On: +$57.80

  • Payout eligibility: Every 5 winning days (a winning day = net P&L of at least 0.2% of your account balance).

There is no minimum profit buffer that must be built up before requesting a payout. Any amount above $500 is eligible, up to the per-cycle cap. The remaining 50% of your profit stays in the account and continues to support your equity until your next payout cycle.

News Trading

  • Evaluation — no restrictions.

  • Funded — a 2-minute buffer applies around high-impact news events. You cannot open, close, or trigger pending orders within 2 minutes before or after a scheduled release. Positions opened before the window began may be held through the event.

Overnight and Weekend Holding

  • Overnight holding — not permitted. All positions must be closed before the end of the trading session.

  • Weekend holding — not permitted.

Please monitor our website and Discord for announcements regarding trading parameters, updates, or system changes.

Microscalping Rule

The microscalping rule does not apply to Flex accounts.

Profits from trades closed within 2 minutes are permitted and count toward account performance and payouts, provided all other trading rules are followed.
