Will my live account have the same trading hours and instruments as sim?

Yes — the same CME-listed futures instruments and trading hours you are used to. The difference is that live runs on real-time market data and real execution rather than simulated fills.

Is there onboarding support when I transition?

Yes — you are supported the whole way. Your transition email includes a clear brief on what changes from sim to live, your live account specs, and a direct line to the risk team, while customer support is on hand for any questions about the account, payouts, or platform.

Do I get any documentation about my live account?

Yes. You will get written confirmation of your live account specifications (size, drawdown, payout policy, and terms), the Live Funded Trader Agreement, and access to your live account dashboard in the GFF portal.

Will GFF publicly announce when I'm on live?

Only if you want us to. We do not announce individual transitions, and any community shout-outs for top performers are entirely opt-in — your call.

Will my account be flagged differently in my dashboard?

Yes — live accounts stand out clearly from sim in your GFF dashboard. You will see account type, current balance, drawdown floor, withdrawable profit, and payout history all at a glance.
