I'm having trouble logging into Tradovate. What should I do?

Here are a few common things to check:

  1. Make sure you're using the credentials we sent you, not your personal Tradovate account. GFF accounts use separate sim credentials.

  2. Confirm that you're connecting to the simulation environment, not live.

  3. Try resetting your password through the Tradovate platform.

  4. If using the web version, clear your browser cache and try again.

If none of the above resolves the issue, contact our support team on [email protected] with your account ID.
