I'm having trouble logging into Tradovate. What should I do?

Common Tradovate login issues:

1) Make sure you're using the credentials we sent you, not your personal Tradovate account. GFF accounts use separate sim credentials.
2) Check that you're connecting to the simulation environment, not live.
3) Try resetting your password through the Tradovate platform.
4) Clear your browser cache if using the web version. If none of these work, contact our support team with your account ID.
