Is there an Inactivity policy?

Yes β€” if no trades are placed on your account for 15 consecutive days, the account will be breached due to inactivity. This applies to both evaluation and funded accounts.

Once breached for inactivity, the account cannot be reinstated and fees will not be refunded. If you plan to be away and unable to trade, please notify our support team in advance.
