My order is showing as "pending." What does this mean?

A pending status usually means the payment is still being processed by your bank or payment provider. Most pending payments resolve within a few minutes. If it's been more than 30 minutes, check your bank/card statement to see if the charge went through. If the payment was charged but your order is still pending, contact support with a screenshot of the charge and your order number.
