My account was breached but I think it's an error. What do I do?

Before contacting support: 1) Log into your dashboard and check your account equity against the drawdown limit. If your equity is at or below the drawdown level, the breach is correct. 2) Check if you had any open positions with unrealized losses that pushed your equity below the limit (drawdown calculations include unrealized P&L, commissions, and fees). 3) Check if your account has been inactive for more than 15 days. If after checking the above you still believe the breach was an error, contact support with your account ID and a description of what happened.
