The 7% profit target is the minimum balance growth required before your first payout, alongside the standard payout requirements (7 winning days, 10 calendar day minimum, consistency rule). It is not a pass/fail evaluation target — your account is already funded from day one.
Account Violations (Hard Breach)
A hard breach is a serious violation of the established trading rules. A hard breach occurs when a trader exceeds the maximum drawdown, resulting in the immediate closure of the account. Instant Funded accounts cannot be reset — if breached, you would need to purchase a new account.
Daily Loss Limit (Soft Breach): 3% of your starting balance — if your net losses for the day reach this amount, the account will be paused until the next trading day.

Maximum Trailing Intraday Drawdown: The maximum drawdown is the total amount your equity cannot fall below at any point during a trading session, including on open positions. This limit trails your highest equity point in real time, until it reaches the initial starting balance, then it locks there and no longer trails. Violating this rule is a hard breach and will result in account closure.

Maximum Profit Per Day
Your profit on any single trading day is capped at 5% of your account balance. Once this is reached, trading is automatically cut off for the day.
Consistency Rule
No single trading day can account for 20% or more of your total profits during a payout period.
Example (Instant 50K): If you make $1,000 in one trading day, your total profits must reach at least $5,000 before you can request a payout. You cannot request a payout until the highest profit day falls below 20% of total profits for the period.
What happens if I exceed the consistency threshold?
Will my account be terminated? No. However, you will be unable to request a payout until your highest profit day falls below the threshold.
What should I do? Continue trading and generating profits until the threshold is met. Once it is, you will be eligible to request a payout again.
Payout Details
Payout eligibility: Every 7 winning days (a winning day = net P&L of at least 0.2% of your account balance). A minimum of 10 calendar days is required before your first payout. After your first payout, you'll need to surpass your previous equity high (the level it was at before your last withdrawal) before you can request another payout.
Profit share: 100% on your first $10K in payouts, then 90%.
Minimum payout: $500 across all sizes.

News Trading
A 2-minute buffer applies around high-impact news events. You cannot open, close, or trigger pending orders within 2 minutes before or after a scheduled release. Positions opened before the window began may be held through the event.
Overnight and Weekend Holding
Overnight holding — not permitted. All positions must be closed before the end of the trading session.
